This is a generic replacement UV lamp, filter set, or a combination of both, depending on your selection from the dropdown menu. Designed for full compatibility with listed 10" x 4.5" Puretec systems, this replacement option delivers reliable UV sterilisation performance at a more affordable price, making it a cost-effective alternative to original parts.

System Requirements:

• For effective sterilisation and optimal system flow, water should be pre-filtered to at least 10 microns, ideally 5 microns or finer

Recommended Installation Order:
To ensure optimal filtration and overall system performance, we recommend installing the filters in the following order. This sequence not only improves efficiency but also provides better protection for the carbon block filter:

• First filter – 5 micron Pleated Sediment

• Second filter – 1 micron Spun Sediment

• Third filter – 5 micron Carbon Block

Note: Some carbon fines may be present in the water immediately after installation. To minimize this, flush the system for 5 minutes before first use.

Warranty & Support:

• UV lamps are classed as consumable items and are not covered under the full system warranty.

• A 30-day replacement guarantee applies to faulty lamps.

• To claim, you must be able to confirm that a power surge protector was used, as UV bulbs and ballasts can be damaged by voltage spikes.
