10" x 4.5" Sediment + Silver-Infused Carbon Block Tank Water Filters

These replacement filters are ideal for rainwater tank filtration and are commonly used with systems shown in images 3 to 5.

Filtration Capabilities:

• 1 micron (µm) and 5 micron sediment filters help remove dirt, debris, sand, silt, clay, particles and turbidity from water.
• 5 micron silver-infused carbon block filters assist in reducing bacteria, chemicals and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• 0.5 micron silver-infused carbon block filters provide additional protection by targeting parasitic micro-organisms such as giardia, cryptosporidium, and blastocystis.

Recommended Setup: For optimal rainwater filtration, we suggest using a 1µm sediment filter followed by a 0.5µm silver carbon block filter. Filters should be replaced every 6 months for best performance.

Specifications: These filters measure approximately 25cm x 11cm and are compatible with all standard 10" x 4.5" Big Blue filter housings.
