Our systems are assembled locally in Queensland using high-quality, approved parts and each system includes filters for initial use, lasting up to 12 months or 9,500 litres.

No plumbing is required! The system connects to most standard sink mixer taps by simply removing the aerator and attaching the diverter tap (supplied).

A standard mixer tap allows you to unscrew the aerator, revealing either a 20mm female thread or a 23mm male thread. If you have a 20mm female thread, use the included inside-to-outside thread converter. A 23mm male thread requires no converter.

Here's a breakdown of the filter options:

• *Zinc Infused Filter: Similar to silver-infused filters, offering anti-bacterial properties.
  
• *5 Micron Silver Infused Carbon Block: Removes/reduces bacteria, sediment (rust, dust, particles, clay, debris), chlorine, volatile organic compounds, herbicides, insecticides, and a wide range of chemicals, while improving taste and odour
• **0.5 Micron Silver Infused Carbon Block: Removes/reduces everything the 5-micron filter does, plus cryptosporidium, giardia, blastocysts, cysts, and parasitic microorganisms. Silver filters are bacteriostatic, helping to reduce bacterial growth within the filter.
• **Ceramic Filter and Hollow Fibre: Removes/reduces cryptosporidium, giardia, blastocysts, cysts, and parasitic microorganisms.

Important Filtration Notes:

• Filters with a micron rating of less than 1µm absolute or 0.5µm nominal (like the ceramic and hollow fibre filters) are fine enough to filter out parasitic microorganisms if present in your tank water.
• ***The 3-in-1 filter (sediment, hollow fibre, and silver-infused carbon block layers) provides an extra layer of protection, especially beneficial for water with high levels of pathogens, bacteria, and parasitic microorganisms.

Recommended Filter Combinations:

• High Protection: 0.5µm spun sediment + 5µm silver-infused filter + 3-in-1 anti-bacterial filter.
• Good Protection: 0.5µm spun sediment + 0.01µm hollow fibre filter + 0.5µm silver-infused CBC.

Cautions:

• It is preferred to use the 0.5µm spun sediment filter before the hollow fibre filter in the second filter option, as a higher micron rating filter before it may not adequately protect the 0.01µm hollow fibre filter from premature clogging.

This unit comes with a 36-month warranty (subject to terms and conditions), requiring regular filter changes using our replacements and consumables. It must be installed indoors, away from direct sunlight.
