THESE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS ARE ASSEMBLED, LEAK / PRESSURE TESTED AND PERFORMANCE RATED LOCALLY IN OUR QUEENSLAND PREMISES
Our locally assembled reverse osmosis units are designed to provide the purest possible drinking water with minimal effort. All of our locally assembled units are leak tested overnight under pressure and checked to ensure that they are operating optimally and producing water of a standard that meets our quality guidelines.
Reverse osmosis technology is known for its ability to produce pure water of a consistent quality, typically reducing the total contaminant in the feed water by +/- 95% on average. Our systems are effective in removing various contaminants from your drinking water, including fluoride, chlorine, cysts, bacteria and heavy metals among many other contaminants as indicated in the table below.

All of the parts that come into contact with the water in our systems are manufactured from BPA free food grade plastics. All of the filters and parts that we source are of the highest quality and meet the required quality standards.

*Where the feed water TDS reading is high, the minimum operating pressure of the unit may be affected. If your feed water TDS is in excess of 400ppm we recommend that you consult us before you purchase. Generally, these systems are suited to most town mains water supplies, however if you are intending to use the unit on tank or bore water we recommend testing the feed pressure and water quality first.

One 10"x2.5" 1 micron spun sediment pre-filter.
Two 10"x2.5" 5-micron coconut carbon block pre-filter.
One 50GPD TFC membrane made using materials sourced from the USA.
One in line post membrane carbon / silver GAS / alkalising as selected.
Your choice of one of the following accumulator tanks:
5 Litre - (33cm height, 20cm diameter).
8 Litre - (39cm height, 22cm diameter).
12 Litre - (39cm height, 28cm diameter).
Your choice of one of the following feed/inlet fittings*:
1/2" insert - Shares normal cold water line to most mixer taps.
3/4" insert - Shares normal cold water line to most dishwasher.
Stainless steel 50mm adjustable clamp and leak shut off device if selected.
An all chrome modern style faucet as pictured in the listing images.
An approved 350kpa pressure reducing valve (required by Australian standards).
A housing spanner to open and close water filter housings.
An installation kit including a roll of tubing, a roll of thread tape, spare fittings.
An installation and maintenance guide.
*As standard we send the far more common 1/2" insert and ball valve so if you need the 3/4" one you will need to send us a message when checking out asking for this option.
This RO unit has a 10 year warranty which is subject to the unit being installed with a 350kpa PRV and regular filter changes being done using our replacement filters
According to regulatory standards any water filter system under constant water pressure (regardless of the brand or supplier) is required to be fitted with an AS3497 approved pressure reducing valve and back-flow prevention device
