Shipping policy
We strive to dispatch all orders promptly and efficiently. Below is an outline of how we manage shipping and delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on the majority of our products, typically dispatched via Australia Post or StarTrack (a subsidiary of Australia Post). Please note that our complimentary shipping applies to standard delivery services, not express.
Express Delivery
Express Post is available at checkout for most items. If you’d like a quote based on your location and selected service, we’re happy to assist. Please note: Express services may be limited for remote or outlying regions.
Daily Dispatch Schedule
Standard orders are batch processed once per business day between 7:00am and 8:30am. Orders received after this window will be prepared and dispatched on the next business day.
Urgent Orders
If you're working to a tight deadline, please contact us directly. We'll do our best to fast-track your order for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability and courier pickup schedules.
Working Days
Orders are dispatched and delivered on standard business days only. Our services exclude weekends and public holidays.
