Inline magnesium ionising Alkaline Water Filters - For best results this filter should be used as a post reverse osmosis membrane in line filter.

We have two types of in line alkalising filters available. One uses calcite and the other magnesium to alkalise the water. If you have a preference please make a note to seller when checking out of eBay or send a message immediately after buying this item stating your preference. Should we not receive a message indicating your preference we will dispatch the magnesium ionising one.

All of the parts that come into contact with the water in our systems are manufactured from BPA free food grade plastics. All of the filters and parts that we source are of the highest quality and meet the required quality standards.

As mentioned earlier this item needs ¼”npt threaded to ¼” tube [outside diameter is +/- 6mm] quick-fit connectors. You’ll need to apply 6-10 laps of plumbing tape on the threaded side of the fittings before use.

According to regulatory standards any water filter system under constant water pressure [regardless of the brand or supplier] is required to be fitted with an AS3497 approved pressure reducing valve and back-flow prevention device which we have listed separately in our store. We also recommend that a leak detector shut off device is installed with any water filter and / or reverse osmosis system which is under pressure and is also for sale in our store
