PLEASE NOTE: This is a housing only and does not include any filters, a bracket or spanner. Watermark certification is required when permanently connecting these housings directly to town mains supply.

Accommodates standard 5"x2.5" water filter cartridges [measure +/- 12.5cm x +/- 7cm]

1/4"BSP ports are the most common size for water filter housings and measures +/- 12mm in diameter [not a direct conversion from inches to mm's] and 1/2"BSP ports measure +/- 20mm in diameter.

Note:*** Housings with 1/2" ports are supplied with an in line 3/8" pressure reduction valve with built in non return valve to connect to 1/2" male thread i.e. standard 1/2" female flexi-hose connection should easily fit. 1/4" housings are supplied with 1/4" quick fit connectors so standard 6mm [OD] tubing just pushes in to them.

This water filter housing carries a 24 month warranty on all parts supplied in the original order, this subject to our standard terms and conditions listed in our operating manual.

According to regulatory standards any water filter system under constant water pressure [regardless of the brand or supplier] is required to be fitted with an AS3497 approved pressure reducing valve and back-flow prevention device [per image 2] which we have listed here. We also recommend that a leak detector and shut off device is installed with any water filter and / or reverse osmosis system which is under pressure and is also for sale in our store.
