Usage Recommendations:

• For high TDS source water, fully open the blue tap (parallel to the flow restrictor, which may be rated at 300, 400, 500, etc.) for 3–5 minutes to flush the system, then close it again.

• In cases of low-quality or very high TDS water, you may need to run a waste-to-pure water ratio of up to 3:1 (three parts waste to one part pure).

• This valve can be used for:

  • Initial membrane flush before use (~20 minutes),

  • Flushing when restarting the system (2–3 minutes),

  • Increasing the waste ratio during ongoing operation, if required.

Important: Always remove the final-stage DI resin filter during flushing. Membrane preservatives can quickly exhaust the resin if they pass through during this process.
