This unit has a 4 year warranty subject to our warranty terms and conditions, one of the provisions being that the unit is installed with a pressure reducing valve.

For greater purity, 0.5 um carbon block filters remove all the above substances, plus parasitic micro-organisms and cysts like giardia, cryptosporidium, and blastocysts, if present. Note that ceramic filters offered are either 0.5 micron nominal or 0.7 um absolute but perform the same function. The seller notes that for bacteria removal, a silver-infused carbon block or an ultraviolet steriliser is required, as the standard carbon blocks alone will not remove bacteria.
