Assembly Option
If you’re working with limited counter space, choose the Vertical Assembly option. We'll assemble the filter system to stand upright, so it takes up less surface area and fits more easily in tight or narrow spaces — perfect for smaller kitchens.

*A standard mixer tap refers to a tap where the aerator at the spout can be unscrewed, revealing either a 20mm female thread or a 23mm male thread.

• If your tap has a 20mm female thread, you’ll need to use the supplied thread converter (inside-to-outside adapter) to connect the diverter valve.
  
  
• If your tap reveals a 23mm male thread after removing the aerator, the diverter valve will connect directly without the need for a converter.

This setup ensures easy installation of our bench top water filter systems to most standard kitchen mixer taps without plumbing modifications.

The table below outlines the average removal rates for selected contaminants commonly found in drinking water. These figures are based on laboratory testing under standard conditions and may vary depending on water quality, system configuration, and membrane performance.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list—reverse osmosis is capable of reducing a wide range of dissolved substances. On average, RO systems remove approximately 95–99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), including many inorganic compounds, heavy metals, and chemical contaminants.

All components in our systems that come into contact with water are manufactured from BPA-free, food-grade plastics, ensuring safety and compliance with health standards. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

If your feed water TDS exceeds 500ppm, the system’s minimum operating pressure may be affected. In such cases, we recommend consulting us prior to purchase to ensure suitability. Our reverse osmosis systems are generally well-suited to town mains water supplies, where pressure and quality are consistent. However, if you intend to use the unit with tank water, bore water, or other non-mains sources, we strongly advise testing both feed pressure and water quality before installation to ensure optimal performance.
