This filter combination treats calcium in the water using polyphosphates which coats calcium in the water thereby not allowing it to collect around pipes or hold onto any surface significantly reducing scale build up. These filters have a relatively long life if used correctly and will filter +/- 90,000 litres before needing to be replaced.

Filter is filled 50% with mineral stones and 50% with slow dissolving polyphosphate hard water conditioning crystals

This system must be kept vertical when operating it and it is best to mount it using the mounting bracket supplied with the system to avoid it toppling over.

Kit includes housing, a powder coated mild steel bracket, spanner and 1x calcium treating filter [all items in main gallery image]
